Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be Christian to receive services at Ever Forward?

Yes. We are committed to providing culturally responsive care to guests from all walks of life. This includes honoring race, ethnicity, faith, gender, and lived experience.

Yes. We are in-network with several insurers. Please check with your insurer to make sure we are in-network.

Most guests experience relief from their most pressing symptoms within 6 to 14 sessions, depending on goals and presenting concerns.

After your consultation, your intake session includes a comprehensive assessment and co-creation of your treatment goals. Next, you’ll receive a copy of your clinicians case conceptualization, and a personalized, collaborative plan for moving forward.

Language matters. Michael Cortina pioneered the use of the word “guest” within The Cortina Method, and Dr. Barber proudly adopts it here. Traditional clinical labels often create an intentional distance between the professional and the individual. By viewing you as a guest, we shift the dynamic to one of warmth, safety, and mutual respect.
